What is XperiencePhoto?
XperiencePhoto is a new photographic experience for cultural and leisure places. Through cameras strategically distributed throughout the location, you’ll get photos from unique perspectives that are unlikely to be achieved with a phone or a camera.
To take pictures, you just need to buy the bracelet at the entrance of the space and download our app (available on App Store (iOS), Google Play or AppGallery (Huawei). Enjoy your visit, have fun and smile to the camera!

What is XperiencePhoto?
XperiencePhoto is a new photographic experience for cultural and leisure places. Through cameras strategically distributed throughout the location, you’ll get photos from unique perspectives that are unlikely to be achieved with a phone or a camera.
How the experience works?
To get photos from unique perspectives, you have to follow the steps below:
- Get your bracelet at the entrance.
- Install our app XperiencePhoto, available for iOS and Android.
- Register. It is very simple and quick, all you need is your phone number.
- Connect your bracelet with the app by scanning the QR Code. It’s all ready to go!
During the visit:
- In each photo point you find, place the bracelet on the reader so that the QR Code can be read.
- Get in the designated spot for the photo and look at the camera. Say “cheese!”.
- The photo is already available in your app.
Where can I buy the bracelet?
You can purchase your bracelet at the Entrance or Ticket Office of each location where XperiencePhoto is already present.
How can I take pictures?
When you reach a photo point, place the QR Code on the reader. Get in the designated spot for the photo and look at the camera. Say “cheese!”.
Are photos immediately available in the app?
After taking the picture, you can see, download or share it with friends or on social media. Depending on network conditions the photo may not be available immediately.
Is there a maximum photo limit?
No, there is not. You’re able to take all the pictures you want.
We are 5 in our family. Can we use the same bracelet?
Yes! You can purchase only one (1) bracelet. By reading the QR Code with the app, each family member can access the photos on their devices.
I can’t see any photos. What should I do?
For the photos to be accessible in the app, you must read the QR code of the bracelet. This action associates the bracelet to the registered user. You only need to do this step once and all photos taken after this connection will automatically be accessible in the app.
I started to use the bracelet but I didn’t download the app. What now?
It’s okay, your enthusiasm spoke louder! 🙂 Download the app XperiencePhoto through your app store. Get registered and connect your bracelet by reading its QR Code. Photos will be in the Gallery. If you continue to experience difficulties, please contact us.
Are my photos safe?
Yes! All photos are hosted in the cloud, only connected to the QR Code and to your phone number registered in the app and connected to that bracelet. We don’t collect any personal data or identification.
